Managed IT & Security Services

A long-term technology partner, not a ticket queue. We monitor, maintain and secure your IT environment day to day — and keep improving it — so your team can spend its time on the business instead of the infrastructure.

Overview

Support that prevents problems, not just closes tickets

Most managed IT arrangements are reactive: something breaks, someone raises a ticket, the ticket gets closed. That model keeps the lights on but never improves the environment underneath.

We work the other way round. Monitoring and preventive maintenance catch issues before they reach your users, patching and administration keep the estate current, and a named senior engineer stays close enough to your environment to recommend what should change next. Security operations run alongside the IT service rather than as a separate silo, so controls stay consistent across the estate.

Two service lines

Managed IT Services for the day-to-day estate, and Managed Security Services for monitoring, detection and response. Take either, or both.

Where we deliver

Remote and onsite support across the UAE, the wider GCC and Pakistan, with registered presence and delivery capability in both the UAE and Pakistan.

Senior-led

Escalation reaches CISSP, CCSP and dual CCIE-certified leadership with 18+ years of enterprise delivery — not a second-line queue.

Predictable commercially

Delivered under Annual Maintenance Contracts and defined managed service agreements, so support cost is known in advance.

Two Service Lines

Managed IT and Managed Security — separately or together

The two disciplines need different skills and different tooling. We keep them distinct so each is properly resourced, and run them against one shared view of your environment.

Challenges We Address

Why organizations move to a managed model

Four situations account for most of the managed service conversations we have.

Problem

A small internal IT team is absorbed by day-to-day support.

Risk

Strategic work never starts, and the environment slowly falls behind.

Our response

We take the routine operational load so internal staff can work on what only they can do.

Problem

Problems are discovered when users report them.

Risk

Avoidable outages interrupt the business and cost more to resolve after the fact.

Our response

Continuous monitoring and preventive maintenance that surface issues before users feel them.

Problem

Nobody has a complete view of the estate’s security posture.

Risk

Threats and unpatched vulnerabilities persist unnoticed between projects.

Our response

Managed security services providing continuous monitoring, detection, response and vulnerability management.

Problem

Specialist skills are needed occasionally but not full time.

Risk

Hiring is expensive and hard to justify; gaps get filled reactively.

Our response

Access to certified network, cloud and security engineers under a predictable support agreement.

Our Approach

How a managed engagement runs

The same six-stage delivery methodology we apply across every engagement, adapted to an ongoing managed service.

01

Discover

Business objectives, current environment, existing support arrangements and constraints.

02

Assess

Technical review of infrastructure and security posture, with risks and gaps prioritised.

03

Transition

Documentation, monitoring, access and escalation paths put in place, with a defined handover from whoever holds support today.

04

Operate

Monitoring, maintenance, patching, administration and helpdesk running against agreed scope.

05

Optimize

Recurring review of performance, security posture and recurring incidents, with tuning and gap closure.

06

Advise

Roadmap input on what should change next — modernization, security investment and capacity.

Engagement Models

Ways to work with us

Two decisions shape a managed engagement: how responsibility is shared with your internal team, and which commercial model fits the requirement.

How responsibility is shared

Fully Managed

We take end-to-end responsibility for the systems in scope — monitoring, preventive maintenance, patching, administration, helpdesk and escalation. Suited to organizations with no internal IT function, or where the internal team needs to be focused somewhere else entirely.

Co-Managed

We work alongside your internal IT team, taking defined areas — out-of-hours cover, security operations, infrastructure, or specific platforms — while your team keeps ownership of the rest. Responsibilities are documented at the start, so nothing falls between the two.

Commercial models

Managed IT Services

Proactive monitoring, maintenance, helpdesk support, patch management, Microsoft 365 administration and ongoing infrastructure management.

Managed Security Services

Continuous security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management and security operations.

Project-Based Services

End-to-end planning, design, implementation, migration and upgrade projects across infrastructure, cloud, networking and cybersecurity.

Consulting & Advisory

IT strategy, infrastructure assessments, cybersecurity consulting, architecture design, cloud adoption and compliance guidance.

Staff Augmentation

Experienced IT and cybersecurity professionals for short-term projects, long-term initiatives or specialized requirements.

Training & Enablement

Vendor-certified training for your engineering and security teams across Sophos, Fortinet and Rapid7 certification tracks.

Business Outcomes

What changes once we take it on

A managed agreement is judged on how the business runs afterwards.

Reduced operational burden

Routine monitoring, maintenance and support move off your internal team, freeing them for work that needs their knowledge of the business.

Improved availability

Preventive maintenance and early detection reduce unplanned downtime rather than shortening it after the fact.

Proactive support

Issues are identified and resolved from monitoring data, not from a user noticing something is wrong.

Better security visibility

Continuous monitoring across endpoints, network and cloud replaces periodic point-in-time checks.

Predictable support model

Defined scope under an agreement or Annual Maintenance Contract, so support cost is known rather than incident-driven.

Access to certified specialists

Network, cloud and security engineers available under the agreement without the cost of hiring each discipline in-house.

Faster response

Documented environments, existing monitoring and agreed escalation paths remove the discovery delay at the start of every incident.

Continuous optimization

Recurring review of recurring problems, so the environment improves over the life of the agreement instead of standing still.

FAQ

Common questions about managed services

What is the difference between managed IT and managed security services?

Managed IT services keep the environment running — monitoring, maintenance, patching, helpdesk, Microsoft 365 administration and infrastructure management. Managed security services focus on what is happening in that environment from a threat perspective: security monitoring, threat detection, incident response and vulnerability management. They are separate disciplines with different tooling, and can be taken separately or together.

Do you replace our internal IT team or work alongside it?

Either. Some clients have no internal IT function and we act as the whole team. Others have internal staff who own applications and business relationships, and we take the infrastructure, security and out-of-hours load so they can focus there. The split of responsibility is agreed and documented at the start.

What is covered by an Annual Maintenance Contract?

Coverage is defined per agreement, but typically includes proactive monitoring of networks and servers, preventive maintenance, remote and onsite support, user and patch management, and asset management. The specific systems in scope, service hours and escalation paths are set out in the contract.

Do you provide onsite support or is everything remote?

Both. Most day-to-day work is handled remotely, which is faster for the majority of issues. Onsite attendance is included for work that requires physical presence, with the arrangement defined in the agreement.

How quickly do you respond to issues?

Response targets are defined in the service agreement and vary by severity and by the service hours you select. Because we hold documentation, monitoring and agreed escalation paths for your environment, the diagnostic phase starts immediately rather than beginning with discovery.

Can you manage our Microsoft 365 environment?

Yes. Microsoft 365 administration is a core part of our managed IT service, covering Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams, along with user and licence administration, Microsoft 365 backup, and the security configuration around Entra ID, Conditional Access and Microsoft Defender.

What happens to our environment and access if we end the agreement?

Design decisions, configurations and handover material are documented throughout the engagement, so the environment remains supportable by another party. Access, documentation and monitoring configuration are handed over at the end of the agreement.

Do you support organizations outside the UAE?

We deliver across the UAE, the wider GCC and Pakistan, with registered presence in both the UAE and Pakistan. Remote managed services extend across those regions, with onsite attendance scoped per agreement.
